Clinical Trial Matching App, The app searches clinical trials.gov and returns clinical trials most relevant to the specific patient based on (age, gender, biomarkers, tumor info, tumor location, stage, and genomic alterations). Includes the ability to filter down to a specific geography or institution. The application is powered by Molecular Match.

Publication Search App saves valuable time and provides access to the latest data. The app searches relevant medical and scientific literature and retunes the most recent articles peer-reviewed publications specific to the patient’s condition and genomic alterations. The application is powered by Molecular Match. 

Guidelines App, offers real-time visibility to digitized guidelines for patient diagnostic and treatment path decisions. Includes an intuitive interface to specify personalized pathways for patients, including going off guidelines and recording non-adherence rationale. Export functionality and interactive decision tree included. The app was co –developed with GE Healthcare.
