Conversations with the ACCC 2020 Innovator Award Winning Programs 12:00 – 4:00 pm EDT
Overview
Each 30 minute discussion will kick-off with the program's champion (senior administrator/physician leader) speaking about what convinced them to support the idea and how they procured buy-in and/or dedicated funds/resources for the innovation. Then, participate in live, collaborative discussions with the speakers and program champions and learn how you can procure buy-in for similar innovations at your own institution.
